We've had a thaw and we're back in the deep freeze. There are lots of birds back. The overwintering butterflies have awoken. So have the ticks! The geese are the best harbinger of spring. Everyday, I hear the sound. It's wonderful.
I noticed a crow up above the deer feeders. They are really quite fearful of me.
Saturday's Critters # 381 |
Yes, the sounds of spring! This dipstick zooms by all the time on his Motorcycle . I can hear him coming along the highway.
The Turkeys Mar 29 are still around.
The porcupine has been visiting, passing through this trail between the frog pond and the wetland. These are archive photos, since the trailcam isn't very good.
You'll notice it has a leaf stuck to its back! Porcupine Mar 31

Hello, Jenn
That was a loud motorcycle. The porcupine is cool, neat capture of the deer being chased. Do I hear church bells ringing or is it chimes? We have gone back to the chilly weather too. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend! PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
The photo of the cat and the geese is quite good.
..I only see porcupines laying in the road! Enjoy a wonderful weekend.
The porcupine is something we don't see here! What a strange looking critter! Don't get too close! lol Hugs!

Busy place!!! YAM xx
Nice videos and photos! Hmmm...don't like bullies, but they are still very cute deer! :) Great video of the coyote and the turkeys too! :)
The coyote is very nervous.
Maybe he saw greener grass!! Lovely graceful girls, and such long legs, no wonder they can run so quickly.
Loved these visitors!
I actually saw some wildlife today - butterflies.
Enjoyed this and the previous post so much! You have a wildlife refuge in your own yard. Amazing!
