 2024

• 🦉  Barred Owls are singing from time-to-time.
• 😼  Cat visitors – currently a Harlequin Tabby.
•       FISHER – all winter!
•       Fred Groundhog - showed up March 30th
•       Muskrat – under the dock, April 12
• 🐣  PHOEBE - May 7th – five eggs - Fledges June 8.
• 🐣  ROBINS – first sighting May 4th
• 🐦  Wood ducks – eggs April 28 (- 5 days?) 
• 🕷  TICKS – first one May 5th

2023

These are the critters we find out and about!

• 🦉Barred Owls are singing from time-to-time.
• 🐻 BEAR WATCH – Meantime: the bear is around!
• FISHER – I thought I saw one in the backyard in May.
• 🐣HOUSE WREN 
• 😼PEPPER cat – Visiting Cat
• 🐣PHOEBE – two nests, shed and deck. 
• 🐣ROBINS under the top deck.
• 🕷TICKS
• 🐦Wood ducks arrived in April. New nest May 18.
• Fred Groundhog
• Bobcat Nov. 3rd 📹
• I found a bird tracker, Hawk Mountain,  including Muskoka.

2022

• Baltimore orioles visited briefly.
• Crows 🐦 were here in a trio.
• 🐝HORNETS
• 🦋MONARCHS
• The first 🐣ROBIN was here as of Feb. 1st!  
• 😼OREGANO
• 🐻 SNUGGLE Bears
• 🐸 Tree frogs

2021

• Wood ducks arrived in April. They have a nest, April 17.
• 🐣PHOEBE  hatches May 22.
• I think the Crows 🐦 hatch May 24-ish.
• The 🐣ROBIN began laying, May 20.
• 🐛LDD Moths

2019

• Wood ducks: First signs of the wood ducks. All are gone.
• Phoebe!
• Flicker nest

May 16 – Wood duck boxes 2018

Both nesting boxes have protected 20 eggs (11 and 9), and they have flown.

Phoebe's 5 have flown, as well.
