Sunday, we went off for dinner. Sadly, they were closed. We went into town!
I love watching them out the front window.
The turkeys sought shelter.
Then, out the kitchen window... sleeping!
I went out to fetch the trailcams. Whilst walking, I thought my left eye was going, too. (These cataracts are awful!) Turns out it was just fog on my glasses! Whew!
We had a fisher, Feb. 17th at 9 p.m. Just passing through, after it examined the box. They seem to like the box!
Then, the deer I captured coming and going.

I am baffled at the length of time it is taking for you to get your cataract surgery. Folks up here in Pembroke area are getting shuffled down to Ottawa lickety split. My F.I.L. had his second this week. He didn't have a long wait at all.
Right at your back door, how magical. Your eyes, hope you get some surgery soon, as I do as well. I have heard the hospital is working hard to find a new surgeon , meantime a man is flying down from Auckland each weekend to do surgery and clear up the backlog list.We have rain!!! All night, hooray.
So many creature outside your windows!
Lovely to see all of the critters :)
Do hope you get your eye surgery soon.
My good wishes.
All the best Jan
It is busy outside there!
The turkeys and deer seem to get along with each other.
