News and March decor!

Fair warning: have you heard of this? Dr. Drummond's wife was robbed in Carleton Place. People are warning that similar scams are happening in parking lots across the province: Smiths Falls, Barrhaven, Merrickville, et al. Protect yourself.

World-wide, we've gone from 941 measles cases in 2022, to 40 WHO member states reporting 30,000 cases. Lots of news outlets are reporting on this.  There are suggestions about how to find out if you've been vaccinated.
1. Some kids were vaccinated at school. They suggest contacting the health unit who would have been responsible, however, I graduated high school in 1975!
2. They say to contact your doctor who would have given you the vaccine. "For adult patients, health-care providers are required to retain records for 10 years after the last entry in the record." πŸ˜†  JB giggled. Not only is his doctor deceased, but so is his doctor's son, who took up his practice after he died!
I think it won't hurt to get a jab, and may protect us since some people think they are injecting monitoring devices into us with vaccines!

⚘I was out working on the decor for March and I spotted the green sprouts (daffodils) for April!

I hung out a green Angry Bird!

Green ribbons on the fence:

This wreath Isabelle and I made one year. She was at a Pathfinders day yesterday, earning her Canada Cord.

Somebody was looking for decor and was inspired by what he found in the basement.
The place is going green!

We haven't done 🐻Snuggle Bears🧸in months!

I had the measles as a kid. My kids went through school before they had the shots for them. BUT my grands all got them! This green-ness is cheerful, and I didn't realize until going through your decorative pics, it's for St. Paddy's Day. Love the bears with hats!

Congrats to Isabelle! She seems to bring much satisfaction to her family with her achievements.

I am caught up on your posts this morning. I learned some things-perhaps that I'd rather not know like that fellow who went to Washington! Yes, the weather has been nuts for sure, esp. for end of Feb. But now you are decorating and welcoming a new month. I love the header photo too.

My vaccination records are in my head. I think all of my records would be gone. After all, I had these shots in the ate 40's. The old Doc would come out to a hall or church basement and do the whole district. Needle were reused and sterilized in boiling water. Those were the days.

You are all decked out for Saint Paddy's Day!!

I am reading other things about criminals. I guess some of them are dropping off wifi and blue tooth jamming devices in victim's yards to disable wifi security cameras.

Then they go rob the house.

The police are saying hard wired security cameras and devices are more secure. But, I ask who can afford that.

I've been putting out my Irish green too.

Oh my! St. Patrick's Day already!

That's awful about that purse snatching. Scary. Thank you for the warning.

Green decor because spring is coming? I've never heard of that. Of course most of Australia is always green. Well, the coast areas that aren't desert that is.
