I've been preoccupied, and haven't followed my monarchs as I have in the past. I've two that I have noticed. This is the second one.
Cinnamon went walkies with me.
He was impressed with the bear poop! He waltzed on by and then came back for a sniff!

I was quite excited, the batteries were down to 25% power in the trailcam. The memory card said it was full. I trotted up to the house. I thought it was another bear-messed-with-the-trailcam video! Turns out I hadn't secured it properly. I had 68 images of the trees waving in the wind high above!
I was bird watching from the deck. Lots of goldfinches.
Then, I heard the hawk! The goldfinches cleared off.
Twin fawns – they are adorable!

good for the soul, seeing all this wildlife... YAM xx
I wonder if I will see Monarchs released again this year. Not likely die to C19, but it was a delightful experience last year.
...goldfinches are among my favorites!
Frolicking fawns, what a delight to see them there. Hope your eyes are improving every day and the drops routine is getting easier
I have only seen a few Monarchs so far this year.
Talked to a friend in England who had his eye done yesterday and he is thrilled with the color that he now can see.
The fawns are adorable Jenn. Oh gosh I'd be impressed with the bear poop too lol...we haven't seen any around here though we've been told they're around!
I am always amazed by all the activity around your home! Cinnamon has such an interesting looking tail. Love it!

Hello,
I love the goldfinches and the fawns. Pretty dragonfly and love your cute kitty! Take care and stay safe! Enjoy your day, have a great weekend.
Hello Jenn,
Wonderful pictures. Funny shot from above the cat.
The movies are very nice. Great that special yellow bird.
Greetings, Marco
We have raised and released Black and Giant Swallowtails already and now have Monarch eggs and caterpillars in the house. It really is a fascinating exercise to follow this process. We usually involve the two little girls next but our friend COVID has put an end to that this year.
