These cruises are a week for $2200 for one, double accommodation, including 3 meals/day & sightseeing. Not in our budget!
We went to the pub for a drink before the concert.

I have never seen such a boat on the canal.
My cousin and I had a meal there when she was visiting from Wyoming. She was quite taken by the lock system and our family connection.

Very expensive boat trip, I could do a lot more with that amount. Love the old buildings, and I still think of your barrow boy, he is a beauty.

I'll ask my sister about that boat. She lives by the canal/liftlock in Peterborough. She may be familiar with it.
