On our trek to get out pumpkins, we happened to see a house for sale. This is the history of the property and the deconstruction! This is what it looked like prior in 2018. They had to tear down the 'Antiques' part of the building as it was beyond a sympathetic renovation!
They rebuilt it and it sold for $249,900.
It is for sale, again. For 389,900! Across the street is a vape store. Otter Creek runs by it.
They get geese on the property, as they move from the creek and some up to eat the grass.

...these prices are CRAZY!
Interesting buildings...but I'm not moving near any creeks, no thank you maam!
I kind of prefer the before, haha. Living in CA, the price seems like a deal.
Too close to the creek, shower over the bath, black kitchen , and high ceilings, need to have extra good heating. Stay where you are Jenn , I wouldn't buy this, maybe the new owners are finding some problems after all the renovations. Keep warm as winter approaches.
Yikes. That is a really tiny place definitely not worth the hefty price tag.
I like geese, that would be nice.
House prices are insane world wide it seems.
Real Estate for the win!
Yikes, prices.
House prices are amazing. I would love to have the geese visiting.
