That was a day

I haven't missed a blog post for many years! Today was nearly the day!

Hubby has been a brick. Things got worse with my respiratory system. I haven't had so many daytime naps in years!
Praise be for Ontario healthcare. My hubby/nurse made an appointment, my GP fit me in this morning. I have antibiotics. I am the 20% who cannot not recover from sinusitis, bronchitis and a viral chest cold without them. The side effects are not fun, but tomorrow should be better.

My cats have been wonderful snugglers.
Welcome to December!

Well, I guess your situation calls for extreme patience.

There you are, antibitoics, a photo and words, well done, Rest is the answer, I have just had 1.5 days on the bed, my back gave a twinge, and then pain, and then the " not able to walk" began. Joyce and Hugh kept all meals, home fires ( if needed) laundry and groceries going. And for you, dear Mr J., he is a rock of mighty stature. Bless him for handling the reins. Hugs to you both.

Oh yukky-poos for you... glad you are confident in the cares around you; that counts for heaps! Meanwhile, here in the great downunderparts, yours truly succumbed so some sicky viral vagabond and has been laid low for three days. First illness in over three years, so can't really complain... but it meant cancelling much anticipated meetups. Oh well. It was time for a rest apparently... (did you see that Jenn.....??? R E S T ... &*<>) huggies, YAM xx

Sorry to hear you were so ill and hope the antibiotics get you back in the pink soon. Glad you and JB have each other to look after. Yes, cats are wonderful to snuggle, especially when one requires recovery time.

Cats seem to have a good sense of when to be nurses!
