Another long, leisurely drive!

We went to Carleton Place to pick up some more of hubby's supplements. This time, calcium.
We drove around the countryside, hither and yon.
We waited for the fog to lift at home, and found it in Carleton Place!

The poor folks in the US:
Multiple Fatalities Reported as Tornadoes, Severe Storms Slam South, Midwest
Boy Among 7 Dead, 40 Injured in Tornado and Storm Outbreak
REPORTS: Thousands without power as storms move across Alabama, Georgia

It is highly unusual to have people out biking. We can expect snow in December, not temperatures like this! We had a lovely drive, but didn't see any raptors. They must be well-fed. It's very wet in the fields and ditches.

We stopped for lunch in Smiths Falls. By now it was 2:00 p.m.! Another storm front was moving in.

This morning, there were a record number of frogs in the goldfish pond.
Back home, Daisy helped me wrap a few things for our girls.

I'm loving this unusual weather, can't remember when I dried the laundry outside on Christmas Eve :)
