Maplefest 2014 Perth, Ontario

It was a cold, drizzly day, but it didn't dampen spirits. Maplefest, which celebrates all things maple syrup, as well as Lanark County, like the OPP, volunteer firefighters, CHEO bear, local fundraising, and local merchants. It was fun seeing our neighbours.

Looks like it was a lot of fun, despite the drizzle. The second-last photo confused me, until I wondered if it is maybe the Jaws of Life...is it?
I love the photo of the two birds on top of the evergreen.

Looks busy, despite the rainy day. I haven't been over in Perth since the fall.

This looks like such a wonderful celebration! I don't think we've ever attended a Maplefest before.

Looks like a dreary day for a festival, but I bet maple samples made it all better!
