NaPoWriMo Day 14

Day 14 prompt
Today’s prompt (optional, as always) is a little something I’m calling “Twenty Questions.” The idea is to write a poem in which every sentence, except for the last one, is in the form of a question.

20 Questions?

Why aren't we there yet?
What is the matter?
Why did you do that?
Why can't we chatter?

Do you have questions?
Why can't you answer?
Where are you going?
Why can't you chance here?

What is the problem?
When will you risk it?
Why won't we stop here?
Where is the ticket?

What is the place name?
Who was the woman?
Why was she up there?
Where is the bookman?

Do I belong here?
Answer the question?
Why are we stopping?
I don't want to be here!

Gracious, had a fair few to get through today! Flooding is so damaging, hope it doesn't lie too long with you all. Wonderful photos and videos as ever - and loved the poem!! Hope your week is looking good. YAM xx

If I was still teaching I'd borrow this.

It sounds like the chatter of a child who's entirely too awake in the backseat of the car!

Love the poem! That's a lot of questions to answer.
