Trailcam tales July

The cats are taking it easy. They, like our trailcam critters, have been more active in the night time. Butch raccoon, a black squirrel in the daytime, Hooper in the night time, Daisy, a coyote. Also, the new fawn is elusive. It was too quick for more photos!

This series of photos from the trailcam. I'm curious as to the lights!

This morning, two characters...

How do the cats escape the heat? Annabelle stays inside in the air conditioning!

Daisy loves being outdoors. The heat doesn't bother her.

Hooper sleeps under the back deck stairs!

Lightening bugs hanging out on a twig perhaps. I noticed this strange green glow on the top of my bedroom door one night. Finally got out of bed and banged on the wall and it flew around for a bit then disappeared. Never seen one indoors before. They love the hot humid nights.

Critters have a great sense of smell and hearing to navigate at night.
