While I'm not Irish, adopted into a family with British roots, Jilks, Gilks, Gilkes are all from England, hubby is!
His family were Kelly and Chambers.
Funnily enough, three brothers married three sisters, too! They all had farms in south eastern Ontario.
We went all out to have some fun!
'Irish'stew, Guinness, Irish coffee.
We babysat, while the kids went into town!
