The evening grosbeaks have been visiting every afternoon! The males have a golden eyebrow, and more colour.
The juvie cardinal has figured out the feeder, finally!
In the meantime, I was at the bird seed cans in the garage, and found a poor, trapped soul. The yard stick worked quite well. They don't eat much. I cannot begrudge them a feed seeds.
In the video, I just added some forest bird sounds, since I was indoors filming outside and someone was watching curling! "Hurry, hurry hard!"

Wow, the Evening Grosbeaks are gorgeous birds. Lucky you! A few are being seen in Maryland recently. Wonderful feeder birds and photos. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thanks also for leaving a comment on my post.
Hello. You have so many birds in your feeder! Fantastic! Great photos!
What a great feeding station and so many different birds. The Woodpecker markings are really nice too.
Hi Jenn!
I enjoy seeing your fascinating feathered friends. Thank you for sharing and for the lovely
video as well. What a treasure🐦
Happy week and thanks for visiting my site ❤️‼️
You've certainly got a lot of bird company!
What a wonderful assortment of birds you have!
It's that time of year when winter birds hit the feeder.
Love that “fat head”. I have a similar feeder, holes drilled into a post, that I fill with suet. We don’t get evening grosbeaks in our garden, wish we did.
Lovely to see all the different bird feeders. I love fat head! Never seen something like that, such a great idea!
I like your 'fat head' too :)
So nice to see all the different birds, lovely post.
All the best Jan
