♪♫♩ It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Fiddling around with Graphic Converter,
I wasn't pleased with my efforts.
Seriously, if you can't have some fun with disposable income... (Sorry, kids, we're spending your inheritance!!!) For a couple of oldies, who don't like parties, and haven't been to a Christmas party in years (both of us being retired) we have to find a laugh with the excesses of the season somewhere!

Thing is, we went to the pet store, since my graphics work was less than pleasing. We bought some silly hats, and a coat for Daisy. She is always the one out the longest in the day time. Shivering on the cold ice of the frog pond, she's a trooper. I thought a coat would be great.

Anyway, I've spoken highly of our vets at our Perth Veterinary Clinic (Read Sady's Saga!). They go out of their way, phone us to check on cats' progress a few days after the event. Same at the pet store.

We met one of our vets in the LCBO, the both of us were laughing so hard about our purchases. Hubby had to show her our things. She was quite thrilled and insisted we post photos of them. She loves animals in hats, it seems. We were laughing so hard, the three of us, just being silly, people were staring. As well they should!

Mr. Moose was a 'Close Eyes' from hubby!
Dorah was happy with the collar. It has bells on it and they love bells, their favourite toys have bells! She chased herself downstairs. Daisy just wanted to play with it, tentatively.

He's more Grinch than happy cat, I know!

You have long suffering cats. They are good sports.

You are torturing those kitties! :-) Seriously...so cute!

Thank you for my first chuckle of the day, Jennifer. My cat (former feral) would refuse completely and not speak to me for the rest of the day! But I love the pics of your good sports.

Cheers!

It's the season to be frolicsome, even for the kitties, and red on white, gorgeous. Can't wait to see you and Mr J all dressed up too. Hugs,Jean.

I don't think we'll be dressing up, Jean. We don't have any parties to go to.

Dorah won't do the coat, I don't think it fits her anyway. Daisy would do anything for me! Not happily, but she would!

Jen, stopping back to say thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!

I saw your post at Eileen's link party and had to hurry over since we have 6 cats and I adore them all. A few were feral and don't deal with such nonsense! They only want to sleep on the couch. Even the one with the best sense of humor wouldn't be caught dead in a "costume." I know. I tried it for Halloween!

Congrats on POTW...these pictures took me back to a cat named Skippy. My daughter would dress that cat up in her dolly clothes. Thanks for the smile and the memory.
Happy New Year!
