We have to celebrate Josephine's birthday today, as well. It was December 9th. We haven't seen them since mid-November, hubby's birthday! It is a busy season!
Today's gifts: a robin, 4 grouse, and several deer visited.

You are right, it is a hard time for a birthday. Your special day kind of gets lost when it is so close to the hoopla of Christmas.

Yes a difficult date; one friend has hers on the 24th and the sister after me has hers on Jan 14th - which you'd think is far enough away but it's still short on the turnaround, so to speak!!
