My World Tuesday

MWT White

It was a beautiful day today. The lake was like a mirror.
From the smallest beetle, to the beautiful birds, all the creatures are so interesting.

The beetle has golds and greens.

The wing span of the heron amazing.

The snapping turtle was huge.
He looks like an ancient creature. Last year I saw one with a severely damaged shell. Slow down out there!

Hey…that snapper is huge! And that's a great heron shot!

I've been making beetle photos for the past several days; must be like some sort of photographer flu. You must have caught it off my blog, even though I haven't posed any shots yet. :-)

The snapper looks enormous! The birds are lucky to have all their toes.
Kudos on the heron shot - it's beautiful!

Photographer flu, I like that, Griz! I ordered a bug book and have been trying to figure out what they all are and label them. It keeps me out of trouble. Tricky photographing them.
