Tuesday it warmed up some. Josephine and I played UNO, Sorry, AND Skip-bo, while Isabelle read, in the morning.
In the afternoon, Josephine and I trucked down to the trailcams. For the first time, both Cinnamon and Nutmeg came with us.

Nutmeg decided to join him.
Grampa bought us some dumplings for lunch, which the girls devoured, using chopsticks. After their world tour, they spent a lot of time in Asia, the girls are quite proficient. Me, not so much! Grampa is really good, as he lived so long in Vancouver where there is a strong Asian population.
I did some gardening, while the girls read. Grampa asked if Izzy would rake up some debris from our wood pile in exchange for Skittles. "Sure, Grampa!"
Our afternoon video had to be early (usually they watch a video at 3 p.m.), because the Raptors were playing at 5:30. We watched The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Grampa had taped two of these. Wednesday will be The Battle of the Five Armies!
The girls read, while we watched the basketball game. I cheered loudly, as I channelled my late mother, and the girls giggled. It was fun.
Dinner was ribs for most of us, and pot pie for Jos. Green beans, carrots and peas, rounded it off.

Keeping kids active and organized is a challenge. You do a great job with these kids.

We cook Asian food and use chopsticks so often we have everyday chopsticks and "good" chopsticks! Some weeks we probably use chopsticks more than a knife and fork.
