Winter is serenaded as it leaves!

Spring from Jennifer Jilks on Vimeo.

Red wings are singing, grackles, purple finch.

After some ice rain (0.8"), the trees were clacking as the ice fell. The birds were singing. Starlings and red winged blackbirds are ubiquitous.

That was so nice to see and "hear". Really enjoyed your video. I love to see where others' live - and videos make it even more interesting than photos.

Great video, they really do make a lovely sound don't they? By the way, loved your artwork on your house, especially that beautiful sunflower.

We don't have here snow whose white color adds beauty to the winter season, and yet, I think that even in those parts of the world where they do have snow, they're happy when winter leaves and spring comes.
I've enjoyed the birds' chirping in your video. Even these little ones are happy of winters' departure. Soon the tree branches will turn green and bloomy, and the weather nice. So, a serenade is welcome.

that's a cute idea. You still have snow. We just got some overnight - less than an inch - so doubt you can call it a snow storm, lol. Love the sound of the birds in the video.

I have been noticing more of the birds singing these days.

I love the hanging eggs against the now. So magical. Here in Los Angeles, we have slight seasonal changes, but we miss out on really experiencing any dramatic change. Thank you for visiting my saltairandpistachios blog.
