I've always loved the ethics of Lee Valley Tools. Quality products, they hire experienced staff, many with life experiences, at my age I can't call them 'old!' They are closed on Sundays and Mr. Lee treats his employees well. They've opened a new store in Almonte, and I love it! We have a lot of gardening tools from Lee Valley. They find some excellent products, and they don't wear out in a year.
I bought a lone, pollinator bee house. More on this later.

L.G. Lee & Sons builds on rich hardware history in Almonte
www.insideottawavalley.com › Home › News
Jun 30, 2015 - It's only fitting that the master of the tool trade is behind Almonte's newest hardware store.
Leonard, who is semi-retired and now makes his headquarters in the Mill Street building he’s owned since 1998, previously operated Canica Design, a medical tool business, in the space. Upstairs houses other divisions of Lee Valley Tools, Chestnut Tools and Algrove Publishing Limited.

Those little sculptures really stand out- I don't know which I'd choose, the scorpion or the dragonfly!

Oh that looks a real browse and ruminate type of store! YAM xx
There's nothing like a locally owed hardware. I have to go to Home Depot sometimes and I hate it.
Good GPs are hare to find. Good restaurants are also hard to find. looks like you got lucky in both.
