Sept., 2025 – I saw some signs, but it appears to move on after the drought.
Nov. 23 – I found more signs in November: Busy as a beaver, lots of trees down. 📹
Nov. 24th – Spotted it as well as coyote tracks.
Nov. 26 – the lodge, and my map. Video of it on land 📹.
Nov. 27 – new map, beaver trees, coyote visitor.
Nov. 29 – He's having a grand time!
Dec. 2 – leaning tree

Britannica says they are primarily nocturnal, but I haven't captured video except in the day.
