May 19/20 – Barry Beaver busywork, two more trees down
June 23 – spotted him 📹
June 24 – took down a sapling, tail slap no visuals.
July 1 – Big storm took down a lot of Barry's half-felled trees.
July 25 – Saw him again.
July 29 – Aussie Tree care cleared the path for me. Barrie didn't come back for a month.
Sept. 11 – Chewed a large limb.
Britannica says beavers are primarily nocturnal, I've read. They can get up to 16 - 50 kg (110 lbs.). They are the largest rodents in North America.

2025
- Sept., 2025 – I saw some signs, but it appears to move on after the drought.
- Nov. 23 – I found more signs in November: Busy as a beaver, lots of trees down. 📹
- Nov. 24th – Spotted it as well as coyote tracks.
- Nov. 26 – the lodge, and my map. Video of it on land 📹.
- Nov. 27 – new map, beaver trees, coyote visitor.
- Nov. 29 – He's having a grand time!
- Dec. 2 – leaning tree
