What a mess out there. Are people driving faster, and not giving a damn? There is so much passing, and dangerous driving.
I'm thinking about the wonderful First Responders who take care of victims. There was a terrible incident.
#OttawaOPP, @OttFire, @OttawaPolice & @OttawaParamedic are on scene of a serious collision #Hwy416 S near Roger Stevens. The Highway is shut down North at Roger Stevens and South and Bankfield. Expect delays. One person taken by air ambulance with life threatening injuries. ^mf pic.twitter.com/AZd5ep5mhx

...I drive the speed limit and I NEVER pass anyone unless they are parked!
Slow down indeed. Your life and that of others depends on it.
Along a mountain road near here, where there's a short straight-away, a crash like that occurred right in front of the local fire station. But still one survivor was air lifted by chopper...and then released from hospital. When I saw his/her car I was amazed that he/she even survived. The neighbors all said the same thing...some of whom had been run off the road by oncoming trucks in their lane.
The zooming that people do often does save them more than a minute or two.
Thanks for sharing Jenn. Definitely thought provoking
I agree, people should slow down.
What's the hurry, you want to arrive safely.
Take care, have a great day!
I wish they'd hear this and pay attention.
