What a snowy day it was!

You can see the trees crying into the frog pond as snow melts in the warming morning.

Yes, cat walkies in the rain.
He's a trooper!
Faithful, wet rabbit.
He spotted the rabbit on the front lawn.
The boys went outside in the sleet.
Buster's tail was a mess of dead, wet spruce needles!
The rabbit got away.
Buster is good practice for the red-tailed hawk that patrols for cats or rabbit.
It is a dog-eat-dog world out there.

Also, the flicker likes the grass, looking for grubs.

We only had wet snow that vanished when it hit the ground. It sure has been quite the storm. Lucky you seeing the flicker, we haven't seen them yet. Hoping it warms up soon.

I always love to see videos of your cats, Jenn, and the rabbit was a bonus today. I love to watch rabbits eat. Aren't they cute?
My husband insists he's going to have his snow tires removed before he drives 9 hours north this week "because the long-range forecast is for good weather" and I keep telling him snow can come when we least expect it at this time of year. I should show him your video.
