Trailcam Tales

Of course, we watch Fred. He's busy watching for predators.

The doe had her eye on my garden.

The deer are still pregnant!

We had a coyote after midnight.

And the next night around the same time.

Fred hunkers down in one of his burrows.

Finally, the frog pond is down one wood frog! I don't know what kind of hawk.

Those are some great trail cam shots. Yes, the coyotes have been very active lately. They are out hunting here in the predawn!

It's like visiting a nature park at Crumbly Acres.

The cycles of life, from pregnant deer to frog becoming hawk's lunch...you've just about covered all bases.

That is a fine, fine set of photos of your neighbourhood ... and your neighbours. We had Fred's distant cousin try to dig out the support post for the kitchen porch a few years back. He got livetrapped and relocated, with some effort. I suppose if one was really good at it, the hawk could be identified by the tail feathers. I am not that good. But it is a great capture, regardless.

Always enjoy the things you see on your trailcams.
