A bone to pick

Look what the coyotes got me for Christmas! A bone.

I put it out in front of the trailcam. The coyotes were really wary!

It's a cold morn!

Fuzzy Fawn thought she'd sit for a moment.

Fuzzy fawn is so sweet. I hope the big guy does let them near the food before he clears it all out! I love seeing the deer run and play.

The bone is huge, is it for the coyotes?

That is a BIG bone. And it definitely looks chilly. Love your visitors.

It's a tough world out there, the last pic of the fawn is the best of all. Beautiful way to rest for a while.

Loved seeing the size difference from majestic buck and little fuzzy fawn. They are all so beautiful. What are you feeding them?

Oh bigger question...what kind of bone is that?

Cool Jenn. Aloha

Coyote probably wondered what big animal was eaten out there! Cute fuzzy baby deer. You just need the bunny to come sit beside the deer. Linda in Kansas

As I recall, JB got it from the pet store. I think he said it was from a cow!

I love how you have given names to the deer, such magnificent visitors. The cardinal made me chuckle. Good to know you didn’t hurt yourself falling. The snow would have made for a nice fluffy landing I hope. Very enjoyable videos and fascinating to see the deer chasers especially. I didn’t realize they were all so territorial, but I see the birds out back when they chase other birds away from the food, so not surprising. All across the species. Thank you Jenn and wishing you a super weekend.

Your trailcam is great. Makes me smile that you can tell the boys after they've shed their antlers by their behavior/interactions from having watched them so much. And I love their names!
