I spotted Percy. I'll bet he is growing.
We needed our septic system pumped. We'd phoned it in, booked a date this week, and no sooner than a bit later, the driver popped by asking if he could do it right away – he was passing by and had room. Why not?!
The planter is doing well. The dahlia is standing tall amongst the other bulbs. I have to water it daily.
The gun range application was denied. We keep telling them, it is about the noise, not the guns. The Open House and gun demonstrations are on, latest article about it. OPP cannot stop it. We will watch and listen. I decided not to comment. There is no point. The Millar Brooke Farm paddock is much closer than he tells us. I have it at 933 m, whereas it is claimed they are 1.8 km away. Either way, the gunfire is atrocious. It is unexpected, and scares domestic and wild animals.
I had fun watching the skies the other day.
They were out our backyard, too.

There is life aplenty at Crumbly.
...what great service.
Looks like on plane was taking the spaghetti route. Linda in Kansas
What a cute little seaplane. Are you somewhere on the map of the routes they're traveling? Love your flowers...I'm watering in pots daily too. Due for thunderstorms...but the ofteh don't appear, so I water anyway.
PS, I just finished Superior Death for the second time. Glad my memory is so bad I couldn't remember who done it.
Our gardens all got a good soaking last night.
I love all the flowers, very pretty.
Take care, enjoy your day!
I have grown that dahlia in the past. It is a beauty isn't it? I wonder what happened to ours. I am glad that the gun range won't go ahead, but sorry about the open day.
I have never seen a dahlia before, so that is a beauty.
Nice to see the sea planes in action.
Glad about the application being denied, but sad about the Open House.
