We tried to watch tennis until the girls woke up. Three rain delays! Up before noon, 9 - 10-ish, Grampa and Isabelle went shopping for the pineapple stir fry for dinner.
While they shopped, and Isabelle took photos, Jos and I did some sewing.
Hustling home, showers were to be had. Then, dinner prep. We had the pineapple stir fry. Jos was in charge, I assisted, Isabelle was the sous chef.
We were going to do barley, but it took too long to cook. The recipe called for cooked rice or barley. We chose rice. It was brown rice, though, better for Isabelle. "How do we cook rice?" asked Jos.
"In the rice cooker! Easy peasey."
"We don't have a rice cooker at home!"
"Oh, yes you do! He's called Papa!" He's a great cook!
It was a great dinner. We watched some Jeopardy shows. Everyone was happily tucked into bed.
I've an appointment for my eye today. I'm seeing floaters in my left eye. We'll see what is wrong.

I was passing by somewhere yesterday and saw coverage of rainy tennis.
Love the first ever sand castle on a lap! They do look like they have a fun time in the water...and at every project. Yummy sounding stir fry. Hope the eye issue is easily fixed.
That water looks so GOOD ! .. a great way to cool off and should make them sleep like logs , haha
I hope it isn't anything serious Jenn with your eye .. it is good you have a quick appointment .. best of luck !
Looks like everybody is having fun at the lake. I hope your eye is okay.
Hope the eye exam goes well.
I told my optometrist many years ago that I had black spots like flies floating in one eye " Get some fly spray" he joked. They were not serious, so hope your expert can sort out your floaters easily,Looks so warm there, we are at Taupo, going home today, and after days of wind and cloud, have a frost.
The swim sure looks like fun. You show these girls a good time.
Glad that you could get an eye appointment - and hope the solution is quick and easy.
It looks and sounds like another wonderful day at camp.
