There are so many critters in the yard.
There are lots of bugs! Monarchs and tufted together.
The crows have been vocal, since the little ones fledged. I've enjoyed watching for them. crow
We've lots of slugs around.
This is a bit strange. Walking in the meadow, I saw a slug hanging from a thread. It could be an LDD caterpillar thread. It was rather weird! Doug the slug

Hello, Jen
I am glad to see your milkweed, the caterpillars and butterflies are doing so well there.
I have not seen a Monarch butterfly yet. Love the sweet deer video. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend! PS, I appreciate the visit and comment.
Monarch caterpillar is so beautiful. What's the slug up to?
...this morning I was in my garden, the slugs are happy and I'm not!

Ughe, that reminded me of certain caterpillars that reside on mango trees in India, and at one point in the year the drop on silk like this and if one is not careful and they get anywhere near the skin, the whole body becomes an unbearable rash!!! YAM xx
Hi Jenn :) Oh the deerflies how I HATE them. Poor mama. We have lots of really huge crows around here lately too. They look so tough, but they are easily scared away by the Mourning Doves and Finches lol!
Got lots of milkweed but so far haven't seen any tussock moths or monarch caterpillars around. We usually do, guess I just have to look closer.
The deer flies are really bad here this year for some reason. They love to bite my bare legs! lol Love your photos and videos! Hugs!
I have nothing on my milkweed!
Crows can be very vocal.
I have seen slugs on threads a few time. Nothing to do with the moths as far as I know.
