Ode to winter

We are going to be 16 ℃ today. I thought I'd say farewell to the icicles.

Also, I should say goodbye to the snow. We'll see what happens. It comes, it goes!

I dare say winter hasn't said goodbye completely. But these are lovely shots. I think my fav are the ones where snow is on a rocky face.

Pretty photos of the snow. Always a good thing when it disappears and you don't have the task of clearing it.

I am happy to say bye-bye to winter.
We are having temps in the 50's and 60's this week.
Take care, enjoy your day!

The weather guy on CJOH/CTV said we average 50cm of snow in March, so no point putting our shovels away yet.

Almost no snow here in Brant County during February. None on the ground now. Robins beginning to sing; Red-winged Blackbirds back for a while; Tundra Swans flying overhead.

I do love the look of icicles, though I know they can be dangerous.
