3. Daycation Sept. 27/28th Prince Edward County

We went to the beach, for last swims!
Prince Edward County

From Napanee and our lunch beside the river, we took off for Prince Edward County. They were working on the bridge.
I loved the portapotty!
Old farms, quarries, and lovely homes, old farm buildings. It was good to get out and about.

We arrived! Isaiah Tubbs Resort. It was relatively busy. Such a lovely facility.

It is a two-story 'room,' in a building that has 4 rooms. Upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, the living room. Can you hear the sound of the waves on the water?
We had several lovely swims, using muscles we hadn't used in a bit. Such a nice beach. It was 30 C., and about to go down to 12 C. the next day. Hubby timed it perfectly.

We went to have cocktails on the dining room deck. After a half hour, there were some healthcare care professionals just finishing up a meeting. There was some interesting talk, which felt a bit much like work, so we took our drinks back to the room (right next door)! We cam back for a lovely dinner.

Then, there was sunset.

A day at the beach, Late September, in the north! Pumpkins along the way! I love when the season blend and mix like that.
