Time Marches along

Lady Annabelle of Ashton was exhausted watching curling! Cats can look so relaxed!

I went for a wetland walk. Things are starting to melt, my time here is short!
The sun's warmth is obvious in melted snow. This looks like a muskrat lodge.

The woodpecker holes caught my eye.

You can see the males beginning to develop new antlers. Little nobbies!

Poor old Broken-ankle has survived the harshest part of winter. On my wetland walk I spotted one set of coyote tracks. They can't take down a healthy deer. I guess this one can still run. She is dripping blood, however. Not a lot, but some.

The turkeys are still running around!

Good Morning, love your pretty Lady Annabelle.. Wonderful sightings from your walk.. The deer are pretty, I am glad the one hurt deer is surviving. Have a happy Monday!
