Biking in Ontario

This is what our roads look like in summer, on the weekends. Pretty scary.

It's tricky biking in Ontario. Angry drivers, who do not seem to know how wide their cars are, take a wide berth around the bikes, running into the oncoming lanes.

With the recent death in Ottawa, I'd be worried both as driver and cyclist.

Another fatal bicycle incident in our area - Sept. 7th, 2014

Radical changes have to come regarding cyclists. I'm in the middle of the cycling issue. First , drivers need a major education along with some lunatic cyclists. Some of the road has to be set aside for cyclists. Planning in new areas has to include cycling lanes. Cycling has changed so that bicycles can be ridden all winter. More cars have to be kept off roads to try and slow climate change.
