Kingston trip

Today we awoke to much news.
Scotland voted NO to getting out of the UK. The B.C. teachers voted YES to accept their new collective agreement. Kids are going back to school there. And, here, we had subzero C. temperatures. We have a medical appointment today (Bone Scan #2) so photos of ice and frost tomorrow! Here is a last look at the pseudoSummer day on our recent trip to Kingston, after we visited the Fair.
You can see the Wolfe Isl. wind farm across the water.

Riding even the best horse along a road can be dicey. You never know what they or a stupid driver will do. I was glad to hear about the Scotland vote. And even gladder to hear about the BC teachers. Not sure the kids will be glad to end their extended summer, but I KNOW the parents will be. - Margy

Beautiful shots. The horse and rider seem well in step.

There was frost on the ground when I stepped out this morning.

If you can see Wolfe Island, then yo were right near my son's old stomping grounds (RMC). Good luck with the scan.

What iced over for you? We had frost but thankfully the lake is still entirely liquid! This is too early.
