I eagerly anticipate the Spring!

Snow is melting
Sun is warming
Trails are closing
Buds are nosing

It's not as if, after 55 Spring seasons I don't expect it, but isn't is beautiful? The air smells rich and full of anticipation. The sun warms our faces. The critters have a little bit of a springier step!

Daisy is climbing to new heights! She was full of beans, playing in the water dripping, melting,  and running in the ditches.

Spring -- when we lived in the Pacific Northwest -- never failed to amaze me year after year. If you see with new eyes every time the season changes, it is impossible to become bored with life ;>) (Plus no one will know when my memory fails...I've always been like this!) Your late-winter/early-spring photos are just beautiful and I'm excited for you (and for everyone else expecting spring).

Your kitties are so lucky you live in the country where they have so much beauty on which to run around.

Spring is coming! Oh by the way, how come the link isn't working over at Our World Tuesday?

My family and friends are celebrating Spring on the west coast. Here in Alberta I've learned not to expect Spring. It will come late, as it always does, sometime around the 24th of May.
Love your photos, Jenn, but I'd be terrified if I were there see Daisy up on that tree. I know she's a cat, but it would scare me out of what few wits I have left.
