Here I am: pitching for my women's league!

I liked playing softball, with a Barrhaven women's team, as well as a Gandalf mixed league. My shin splints stopped me, though. I played all positions, depending where they needed me. I loved this team shirt! This is the only photo I have of me playing.

I loved the pomp and circumstance of the game yesterday.
Daisy had fun watching the games, as well! She seems to like Donaldson...
The fans are just a hoot. Some of them. The ones that threw beer, one hitting a baby with the beer, should have been refused service. The vulgar behaviour on Go Trains and such, should have been refused service. I don't know how they get away with this at the stadium.

That was a heckuva MLB game: 6+ hours!

Longest MLB game in playoff history

I went to bed, hubby taped it! A lot of folks went home. The game began at dinnertime, but I had to go to bed. They made it through to 18 innings, as they were tied and had to keep on trucking!
