Poor Joe has been fighting a cold. He's got congestion. Thank goodness for the puffer. He's been wheezy.
I'm having trouble getting up some motivation. I finally did it. Cleaned up some debris and junk. That meant a dump run. We drove through town, all loaded up.
This apartment building, newly built, is still for sale. I cannot imagine being a landlord these days. It's been a saga from an old house being torn down to a new build. It's been on sale for $1,475,000! There are 4 apartments, rented for $2300 apiece.
Such a relief to get that done. It was a $5 fee.
I am hoping to spot fawns on the trailcams. Nothing so far! We've two pregnant does.

Rick has a duplex he rents next door, plus the other side of what he lives on. (I'll move there in a few years.) I wish he'd sell the next door one. It's a pain.

Beautiful wildlife photos and I love the log cabins as well. Nice to see work being done to clean up.
I can't imagine anyone affording those apartments. Places to rent in our area used to be affordable as people here don't have a lot of $$. Now tiny apartments are being rented out for big money.
We love the look of log houses too. Almost tore our house down and put a log house up. At that time we decided not to because of the log maintenance.
No fawns around here yet either. They usually show up after the first few days of June in our area.
You gave us a good tour, sad about the young man. Loved the videos again and looking forward to seeing more of Fred. I hope Joe's cold disappears quickly. We will be going to our dump soon. My sister and brother-in-law need to leave their truck at our house and we have the use of it for two weeks. That means many trips back and forth to the dump and I never thought I would be that excited about it as they said we could use it for whatever :)

Strange behavior with #75
The colds this season have been terrible. I don't know anyone who hasn't had one.
Misinformation and downright lies are so common these days it’s becoming routine. And so many people don’t take the time to acquaint themselves with the truth.
I can't believe how the prices of homes are rising here. Crazy. So fun to see all those little guys. The deer have been scarce lately here but lots of turkey moving through.
