I like to choose a route that is pretty. I know that we go past a couple of ghost bikes many times, it's nicer to concentrate on the mansions! We like River Rd., around Manotick. Last trip into Ottawa was to the art gallery downtown. The infill homes are quite striking.
As we gaze at them, it's lots of fun. All I can imagine is cleaning them. Or trying to find hubby.

Wow, these are beautiful homes. I am thinking about downsizing to something smaller now. These all look huge and way too expensive. Have a happy day and new week ahead!

Heheheheh, I like looking over the real estate sites and wondering at the mansions! It shows there IS money around... somewhere. YAM xx
So what are you waiting for? Just haul out your checkbook and buy one. Now you'll get me off on a rant about the sinfulness of such excess to build large homes where you might lose your husband. Okay, I'm finished!
You Canadians know how to live large and beautiful. Wow!
My area has some of these infill houses built in. The neighbourhood's probably a century or so old, but these new modern places stick out like the proverbial sore thumb.
