The cats are so bored!

Daisy is really tired being indoors. She's chasing her tail. Our front door handle is broken, it won't open the door. We hesitate to remove and replace it in -25 C. temperatures! Daisy won't go out the back door, it's too cold.
The sun shines on the front, south-facing porch and she really wants to go out there! I finally too her outdoors with me. Lord Buster was harassing Queen Sady, and I threw him out the back door.

Lady Annabelle, our most recent addition, is learning to play with her sisters. Princess Daisy and Dame Dorah were having a play in the basement, and Lady Annabelle was watching from the stairs. She so wants to play, but she hasn't totally been accepted into the family, yet!

Annabelle is so lovely, I can see they will all play together in time. Cold walkies, ages ago we were camping in our caravan, middle of winter, frozen ground, Felicity wasn't very old, we had to carry her to the only "toilet diggable dirt" under the shearing sheds!! The morning we packed up to leave, it was -3C inside the van, -5C in the awning, took the poles out and it was so frozen it stayed upright!!!The joys of going away, I'm so glad in a way that those days are over.

She is such a beautiful cat. Stick had medium long hair. Do you find it hard to keep the undercoat from matting? - Margy

I do have to brush her very regularly, Margy. I am finding that undercoat is terrible.
Mostly, Dorah is the worst, though. White hair everywhere!
