The 7 Wonders of Lanark County: #3 Mill of Kintail

We went in the fall, as the colours are amazing.
The mill has the old building with statuary of Dr. R. Tait McKenzie on the top floor, CHS young people's art display, and the basement holds a Dr. James Naismith Museum.

Dr. Robert Tait McKenzie (May 26, 1867 – April 28, 1938)

This was his studio. He was great friends with
James Naismith, who invented basketball!

I just asked my husband if he knew who James Naismith was and he answered correctly. Good grief!!! I can't believe he knew that.

Your fall photos are gorgeous!
