I started birding yesterday, and I say it is very difficult to shoot these swift flying creatures!

You mentioned on my blog about the book, "Winter of the World"; sounds like a good read.

Loved these bird and other animal pictures. The close-up of the crow is neat; I feed the crows around here and they are really cool. They can actually remember your face due to their intelligence. I have some crow pics on my photo blog, also.

Anyway, I may check out that book you mentioned. Thanks. :)
