We've pouring rain, today. So far, about 16 mm (0.63"), which is nothing to sneeze at! The goldfish pond is full, again. As is the bird bath.
I've noticed birds coming around, expecting the bird feeders to be out, I guess. We can't do that until the bears are settled for winter. Otherwise... (I learned my lesson a few years ago!)
We have a contract to redo our chimney.
I worked at cleaning up the dead flowers in the garden. It's been mild, and nice enough for a sundress! September weather is fickle.
I'll leave you with our photos over the season.

Good morning Jenn...You certainly are a busy bee. Thankful you all got rain and that the goldfish pond is a bit fuller. I can see where the bird feeders would certainly attract the bears.. Have a happy Thursday..
I can't say that I am enjoying the rain today, but I appreciate it.
I really enjoyed seeing the progression of seasons and your floral changes. Yes, Mr & Mrs Bear need to feed up and go sleep somewhere soon!
Seeing your chimney reminds me that I have to get Rick up on my roof to replace the critter-blocking thing on mine!
You will be able to wear the sundress this weekend!
I need a bird bath like this one. Love the frog. I enjoyed seeing the pics over the years.
A walk as the seasons change, that is lovely to see it in the same spot as it goes from snow to bare to flowers galore.

The beauty of the year... YAM xx
We have a very interesting year. always something different to look at .
Great series on the seasons! Take care, Happy Friday! Have a great weekend.
That was fun - a roundup of photos of the same thing always teaches you somehing. What we have chez nous is a massive leaf removal as JG does not want them on his lawn overwintering. I should post a photo of his leaf sucking machine. And the pile is astounding.
Nice to see your photographs over the season.
All the best Jan
