Here is part 2, from Tay Valley along highway #7 on our way to Ardoch. Just flip through them, if you wish. I like to look back, and Joe was the driver, so he didn't see much of it!
'Drive according to road conditions,' is the suggestion!
This is Tay Valley, I really like this spot.
I zoomed in to show the bridge.
The trees and the signage!
The sumac was the highlight of the trip.
Hay! While they harvest this at least a couple of times in summer, this feels iconic, and an end-of-season image.
I texted this photo to Caitlin, who is a hydrogeologist, as we all like rocks!
This is a favourite section along highway #7. The highway runs along the river/wetland. The water is incredibly low.
This photo really shows the low water, with the clean pink rock, normally underwater.
Here we are in North Frontenac. It was a bit of a drive.
Nice watch for reptile signage:
I like rocks!
Mazinaw Lanark Forest in Cloyne. It's worth reading about. Seeing the view from the top of the hill was amazing.
