Saturday's Critters

Our day began in sunshine. It was quite welcome.

The day ended with The Repair Shop! This is a bird I've not seen. Does anyone recognize it?!

I checked in with Eileen, and she tells me a Eurasian Goldfinch! She is well-traveled, and has seen it in the flesh feather. iPhoto says a European Goldfinch. Very cool. I am an armchair traveler!

The trailcams are feeling the cold. It's tough on the batteries. My newest camera has decided not to work any more. You know, the one that took 5,000 photos, at will three days in a row. It's discouraging. I can't find the receipt, it was a birthday gift!

 More deer friends!

Thursday, Labbit sat in the garden, in the falling snow, eating dead flora!

At 9 in the morning, Labbit came by! (You'll forgive me. 'Labbit' goes back to Gramma Camp days. Both of them are in high school, so the olden days wax golden!

Wonderful critter post, I love the deer, the mice and the bunny.
The unknown bird is the Eurasian Goldfinch, I saw them in Ireland.
Thank you for your critter post and sharing your link. Take care, have a wonderful weekend.

All your deer make me smile. That bird is a charmer, too!

You kind of just dropped repair shop in there and then went merrily on your way.

I laughed out loud at the first video of Hello Ms. Deer is looking back at you! So sorry about the newer trailcam misbehaving and even hiding it's receipt. Naughty naughty!
