This was from our big dump of snow the other day. last night we had some more! Nothing like the snow they had out east, and it is pretty. It's good exercise to shovel it. We have had more overnight, and there is a good, solid base of snow up around 56 cm or 14".
When it melts in spring it will fill our aquifers and we can do laundry, and water the garden!!! In the meantime, it's coffee and breakfast, and then out I go to clear it out. Hubby isn't feeling 100% today. But first, I have to fill the birdfeeders!

Looks like an almighty lot of snow to me!!! Keep warm, stay home, hope Joe recovers soon. Hugs,XXX
Neat pictures. Love the light and fluffy stuff no matter how deep as long as their is no ice underneath and the wind isn't blowing hard. The deer must like their full birdfeeder...:)
Your snow storms make for a lot of tough work.
Good thing we didn't get that much! Shoveling our float cabin deck with about a foot of snow was bad enough. My little floating garden sank into the lake deep enough for the bottoms of the raised beds to sit in the water. Not a good thing for drainage, but all is back to normal now. - Margy
I love the shot with the deer's head full of snow.
With our small lawns here, we're running out of places to put it.
nice pics. the birds sat 'thanks' to you and Daisy
Goodness ... so much snow.
I have to say I have never experienced anything like this.
All the best Jan
