Rain, clouds, winds and frog hunting!

Isn't that a fun shot?!
What a strange day. Lots of storms, clouds, sunshowers, then a massive amount of wind. There are 87,000+ power outages across the province today. Daisy has been doing her rounds around the goldfish pond, looking for frogs. The pond has been frozen, but she's been rewarded today. The pond melted today. I had fun watching her. There were two small frogs, but Geraldine and Jerry bullfrogs were nowhere to be seen.

Two days ago the goldfish pond was frozen. Today Daisy was frogging. She never catches them!

We had 10mm of rain overnight, and another 5 or so today. HydroOne reports many without power.

Nov.25th - not so bad

Daisy's such a cutie!

I noticed the wind late in the afternoon when I was outside. I wonder if it'll still be blowing when I head for home. Fortunately I don't have to be out for long!

Super reflection of Daisy, and how quickly the pond has turned back to water, I do feel for those wee frogs. A bit like here, I walked to get the mail, and there, all cuddled up, was a baby rabbit, dead to the world, literally, I carefully lifted him with the spade, and took him to a quite place to rest forever.Hope you have power, are coping with the cold/snow/ice/thaw and anything else that happens. Hugs to all ,Jean.

I had no idea there had been so many outages. Our hydro flickered a couple of time but that was all.
