What is next?

Pouring rain Saturday; wild turkeys played in the puddles.

See the puddles and rain pouring down!

Mourning Dove peeking over the edge!
We took turns!

Then Sunday, good exercise!
Then it changed to snow overnight. Perhaps 9", with slush underneath. It was hard work, requiring a rest afterwards, or at least, a visit to the pub for refreshments!

They huddle at the edge of the forest.
The one on the right kept walking about the tree.
Not sure why!

More snow fell on you than on us. We got only six inches. Good thing you have a snow blower for that long driveway!

I really like your photos. Thank you!

Lovely wildlife shots in this post and the one below! The plowing does look like hard work and a visit to the pub (preferably one with a fireplace) would be well-deserved!

I've never seen wild turkeys. This is so fabulous!

It's true, EG. Quite a dump.
Thank you, @Grandma!
@Sallie, the pub had a band, and they wanted us to eat fast or pay the cover. :-) We ate fast!

@Kay, they're a hoot! I'd seen them up in Muskoka, where we used to live. These guys wander all over Ontario! We have a group of 6 males, as well as a large group of 32! Oliver likes to chase them!
