🦷 Off to town for a dental cleaning. I've been having a toothache at certain times whilst chewing. A cleaning was a good place to start. I had a consult, and we've a plan. A crown. It is painful and the crown might keep it from cracking, but there is a crack there. A root canal would be the next step, or failing that, removing the tooth.
Heading into civilisation, we drove through Perth, this apartment building is for sale again. They have 4 2-bedroom bath units: $1,127,000 for the building.

🏡 It was good to get home and take some meds! Ouchies. Joe Brian felt sorry for me and fetched soft pasta for dinner.
🌲Wednesday I had an appointment with Steve our Aussie Tree Care man. Taking him around the property, despite a bazillion deerflies, I followed my list of downed branches. He's working up a quote.
We have a quote for a new roof, too. It's only money!
Another time through town, yes lots of construction, the poor guy was left behind. There was one lane only, and the garbage truck stopped in the intersection.
Caitlin is home from her Baltic Trip. It was epic!

These new subdivisions make me sad. We have three of them being rammed through in our county. Who can afford them when there is such a housing crisis? But they do sell. Every time I see the ads I say to Michael, "Who is buying them"? We have several new apartment complexes in the area too, with rents in the $3000 range!!
Love the giant Hay Boy. You'll feel ready for winter after removing the tree pieces and putting on a new roof. Hopefully you don't have too many tree limbs threatening your new roof! We have falcons flying in my area sometimes. Linda in Kansas
I'm so sorry about the dentist and I hope you're feeling better today. I have a cracked tooth under a crown and they say it is bad enough now it needs to be pulled. I hate the idea of having a tooth pulled and have been putting it off, but need to tend to it this summer. It's always something, isn't it?
My save for dental work is to take a Tylenol BEFORE I get into the chair. Otherwise my jaw aches afterward just from holding my mouth open for so long.
These drivers who are impatient are a danger to everyone. I can't judge them because I once WAS one. Not anymore.

I hate going to the dentist, not only pain but they charge you an arm and a leg for everything they do.
I feel blessed that in the 50 years I have lived here, there has really been very little change. Even town hasn't changed a great deal. I fled Northern Virginia because of the explosive growth.
I hope the roof and tree quotes don't break your bank!
Gosh! I haven't seen those hay rolls since we left Illinois. Perhaps we'll see some when we return in fall. I hope the weather is cooperating for you.
Mmmmm. In 2018 I had the same sort of issue and I was caring for hubby and his mom, my mouth hurt so badly I was in tears.
My dentist gave me the same options. I picked pulling it as the tooth was cracked apparently and hitting nerves.
My $ price for pulling was $150. I cried with relief when she gave me Novocain.
Wow. Rent at 2,300? Insane. The town I live near just built a 70 unit apartment complex and apparently they do the rent according to income.
So much fun with the Jetski and all the other things you see.
We had a week of rain and one farmer finally baled up brown hay. I imagine he'll use it for bedding and not feed.
