It's been a minute! It's been too buggy for walkies. He's happier on the deck. The bugs have lessened in this brutal heat. They need water to lay eggs, and the wetland is quite dry. Look at the frog pond!
He makes dough on the rock, happy to be in he forest.
And in good news, we had three rainfalls on Wednesday. It was so joyful. There was lots of lightning and thunder. There were power outages, but most people are back up today. See how Perth is the rock in the river, but it did dump rain.
This morning, it is nice and cool. That helps us all. Our farm down the road posted a happy photo of the rain falling on their crops.

Rain is so so so welcome! and overdue, here. We had the most tremendous thunderstorm last night. It was constant light-up-the-sky for at least an hour. Farmbeau called me from bed to go into the basement for awhile when he spotted a threatening cloud nearby. I loved the thunder and lightning though, and once that cloud passed by I went back to bed and slept like a baby.
We just got a bit of rain yesterday so everything is still dry.
Yay for rain! Also for Cinnamon, love the "posing" on rocks.

Cinnamon on her walkies is very cute. Glad the weather has given some relief. I'm happy for all of us when that happens but especially happy for the farmers.
While I've never had a cat, I think it's adorable that he likes going for a walk with you.
This was a good walk for you and Cinnamon. glad you got a little rain but I know your area needs much more.
We had some thundery rain on Tuesday but before that it was hot, hot, hot and very dry. Lots of crispy leaves falling from the trees. Good old Cinnamon, good cat.
