This is the vineyard outside Westport, on our way to Canoe Lake Road. We stopped in there several years ago, for wine and oysters on the shell. Winery in Westport: daycation Part 4 The wine is $58/bottle!
This road hugs the lake. There are lovely views of the water and trees.

The Canoe Lake Campground looks like a fun place for many. It's a bit too crowded for me, but I'm a grumpy old lady these days! There were geese in the shallow end.

It's a way of life! The long weekend in October is when people usually shut down cottages. I don't know about campers. We've had some chilly nights! The one in the last photo is for sale!
