Backyard action

Outside it's been pretty cold. The driveway has been a 100m ice rink after the rain, freezing rain and snow.

Things are quiet inside. Sadie and Buster are having a rest in the new caterpillar. The deer and turkeys have been about.

They mull around

Hard to count them!

The turkeys, well, trot!

I'm glad you have that cat pillar to keep the boys occupied when the weather is bad. Your backyard boasts one of the largest deer herds I've seen.

It's true, they really do trot. That's a lot of turkey on the hoof, I mean foot. - Margy

Thanks for the peaceful views of deer and turkeys. You are so privileged to be able to see these animals so often. Wildlife is precious. Be careful on your driveway. It looks very slippery!
Have a great Valentine's Day!
